Shared Decision Making
It is the mission of the Williamsville East High School Shared Decision Making Team to set achievable and measurable character goals, and to support academic goals, while increasing overall school spirit, for the 2023-2024 school year.
- Our operating principles are:
- Respect for each member of the team
- Direct, honest, and open communication within the team
- Assigning members with duties (agenda, minutes recorder, time-keeper, etc.)
- Adhering to the agenda so as to complete meetings efficiently and in a timely manner
- Being open to outside suggestions and critiques
- Promoting equal distribution of discussion time among group members
- Striving for better committee-faculty/staff communication
