Transcript Requests
To request official transcripts:
- Fill out a Transcript Request Form
- Once you have submitted your transcript request, please e-mail an uploaded image of your photo ID to Diane Bauernfeind to allow for your request to be processed.
If you are requesting special education/504 documents, please call the Office of Exceptional Education and Student Services at 716-626-8061.

For working papers:
